CRAB LINGUINI RECIPE
5/8 (16 oz) package linguini pasta
2 tablespoons butter/margarine
5/8 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 2/3 cups milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 oz imitation crab
1.Cook the pasta in boiling salted water to al dente.
2.Get a saucepan and melt butter/margarine over medium heat. Add onion and garlic.
3.Mix flour into butter/margarine mixture and make a paste. Add warm milk and mix evenly. When milk is hot mix in parmesan. Stir until cheese is melted and cheese is thick. DO NOT BOIL. Stir in crab.
4.Drain pasta. Serve sauce over hot noodles.
