Last week I sprained my left ankle not by playing sports as you would think, but rather doing everyday normal things. I’ve been training for my half marathon I have coming up in about 6 weeks, but it’s been put to a halt since my ankle isn’t fully healed. Being my stubborn self I did a short run yesterday and today and there was pain in my inner left foot. My run was a slow, but steady pace and I still was able to finish my running course. I still have to work on my distance and build up, but it’s gonna be tough with my busted foot. Wish me luck.
