YOU WILL NEED:
2 medium-sized avocados
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp fresh lime juice or lemon juice
1/4 cup minced red onion
1-2 serrano chili (if you want an extra kick)
2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1/2 ripe tomato, chopped
1. Cut the avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out the avocado from the peeling and put into a mixing bowl.
2. Using a fork, mash the avocado (BUT DON’T OVERDO IT). Add the lime (or lemon) juice. Add the chopped onions, cilantro, black pepper and chili. Mix together.
3. Cover bowl with a plastic wrap and refrigerate before serving.
4. Add tomatoes just before serving.
