I read this Tweet earlier this week. I’ve been trying to limit my snacking and eating and this Tweet makes perfect sense.
“If you’re deciding if you’re hungry or not, ask yourself if you want an apple. If the answer is ‘no’ you’re bored not hungry.”
I’ve asked myself twice so far once was a ‘yes’ and the second time was a ‘no’. It works! Try it and see if it works for yourself.
